  I did not want to go to this dentist in the first place but the dentist accepts my insurance so made and appointment . I was looking to get a full set of dentures the cost was over 5 grand which I expected however I did not expected to be called a "bad" patient. Especially since the sedation treatment did take effect which is their fault. Not mine. I am going to the follow up visit only to let them know that I will not be coming back and that I will not be recommending them at all. Do not go to Dr Williams they are unprofessional and besides there are plenty of great dentist that are out there.

  Should have an option for negative stars....Horrible place, for my first visit the girl called and said she was overbooked, plan on waiting, I rescheduled . When I got there the hygienist did nothing but stab my teeth and inflate the numbers and proceed to tell me I needed some crazy treatments, took xrays while in the same room with no protection on,( all the while chatting it up with a coworker). She told the Dr. what her opinion was, really?, and then when she said we were all done, I asked what about the cleaning? her response was it would not be worth it... BTW my teeth are in great shape

  Completely inept. Couldn't even get past making the appointment and submitting the first request to the insurance company. They also changed appointment time three times in 24 hours. Hope the dentist is more competent and caring then the staff.
