- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Prior to beginning physical therapy I woke up with a stiff back every morning, had sporadic muscle spasms in my lower back, and generally tight muscles from the waist down. I’ve only been in physical therapy now for almost three weeks and I haven’t had a single spasm since. My muscles are loosening, I’m regaining my mobility, and I’ve been sleeping much better. I knew physical therapy would help, but I didn’t expect results in such a short period of time. I still have work to do, but I owe my progress to the amazing staff who has welcomed me from day one.
